A Salesforce implementation is a process change project, not a configuration job. Here’s how Pashtek runs a typical engagement for enterprise companies in Phoenix and across the U.S.
We start with a free discovery workshop usually 2 to 4 hours where we map your current sales, service, and marketing processes against Salesforce capabilities. From this we build a fixed-price proposal that defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and price. No “estimates that triple by go-live.”
